THE LoFTS at City Center

I will say this is a very nice place to live. Decent quality (tho the floors are a little cheap). However, after a new management company bought the place in 2025, the office staff are non-existent. The maintenance supervisor Tyler is very responsive but the property manager is never there when you need her. So pray your door fob doesn’t stop working when the maintenance supervisor isn’t on shift because the property manager won’t be there during any of her listed hours

I absolutely love living at The Loft apartments. Not only is my apartment beautiful but maintenance is quick to fix anything once it is reported. They take beautiful care of the landscape. The staff is awesome and the residence are just a joy to have as neighbors. It is a fun community.

I moved into the Lofts this past year and I’m really enjoying it. Minnette and Sasha in the office are amazing! Roger and Tyler are always so attentive when it comes to any maintenance needs. I really love living here.

The LoFTs has continued to be a great home and community! The staff always ensures we feel safe, informed, and welcome. Apartment amenities are high quality and well maintained. The location is great with many surrounding restaurants/stores/activities.

The Lofts is a wonderful place! We love the small community feel and the amenities. The staff is great and the other tenants welcoming. Our dog loves it too. We plan to stay for a long time.
