Arise Homes - Stone Ridge Model Home

Third house we have purchased in our lives and hands-down our best buying experience. We were relocating from another state and Arise was flexible and helpful in the selection and closing processes. As a couple entering our retirement years, we find these homes to be perfect for us - numerous options for downsizing and best of all: NO STAIRS!!!! The lawn/garden areas has given us spaces to enjoy coffee and drinks as we have watched the birds and hummingbirds without overwhelming maintenence hours. Well built, brick, nice appliances, roomy and open layout. We have had almost no issues, but Arise's warranty team has responded quickly and corrected every matter. We could not be more pleased with our new home.

These homes are amazing- so many extra things added. Finished garages, option for maintenance lawn-moving, covered patios, all brick exteriors, large lots, open floor plans- we’re buying!! And the management has been so easy to work with. This has been a great experience! Oh- and at our welcome home tour they laid out a red carpet!

I’ve been in my home here at StoneRidge for a year. I was one of the first residents. Marlene worked with my realtor son Brandon Porras to solidify the sale. Kyle and Brent have both been attentive and expeditious in addressing concerns relating to “tweaks” needed to make my home perfect. Plan to make this my “forever” home and can’t wait til all the houses are occupied with more of what I have found to be great neighbors.

We have just purchased a home with arise homes. The experience was very easy and everyone was extremely knowledgeable. Sara and Marlene were awesome, and Michael was great at holding our hands through the entire process.
