Such a beautiful and well built home by Don Julian Builders! We appreciated how beautiful and functional this home really was. Life changes and with that we had to sell our beautiful home. Don Julian Builders (especially Kirk) helped us get the home all ready for the new owners. Kirk has always been easy to reach and helpful throughout our ownership of the house. He is very friendly and knowledgeable, and most important, has a wonderful crew working with him! We never knew the phrase “a home built by Don Julian”. Now we completely understand the whole experience that phrase means!

Exceptional! Building a custom home can be an extremely stressful process, however, the Don Julian team made the process a smooth one. Be it the back office support, the on-site manager or the vendors, exceptional team of highly professional personnel. And the house? My goodness! This is my third build and the quality of this house blows the other out of the water. This team loves what they do and the result shows it! I am beyond thrilled with the final product and the house is everything I envisioned when this process started. I cannot recommend this team enough!

We moved in our custom designed and Don Julian built home in 2023. We build a new house every 33 years or so. So, we had plenty of time to do our homework! We selected the Don Julian team based on their reputation and longevity in the KC home building market. One thing that was consistent in our research is that DJB will always stand by their product. We had an excellent experience. Our project manager (Travis) was a good communicator and kept us informed every step of the way. They used top quality subs and we are very happy with with the finished product. We heavily customized our design and we all shared in the creative process.
