Mansions at Canyon Creek Apartments - Lenexa, KS

I’ve absolutely loved my experience living at The Mansions at Canyon Creek!! From day one, the entire team has gone above and beyond to make this community feel like home. Susan, Amy, Luke, and David are truly exceptional — always friendly, incredibly helpful, and quick to take care of anything you need. Everyone that works here is amazing! I especially want to shout out Amy and Susan for helping me transfer to a one-bedroom. They are amazing! They made the entire process so seamless and easy. They answered every question I had, kept me informed, and took care of everything in a timely and professional manner. Their support truly made such a difference! The staff and maintenance team are absolutely phenomenal! They are always kind and responsive to every need (which is an understatement as to how great they all are) and you will not find a nicer place to live in the entire city! I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. These are by far the nicest luxury apartments in the best part of town! It’s clean, quiet, and they have the nicest finishing touches in every luxury apartment, very incredible place to live!

I cannot say enough good about this place! My son and I lived here for over a year and it was a wonderful experience. Susan and Amy are wonderful at managing and maintaining a safe and welcoming community. They were responsive and so helpful during a season of transition for our family. Maintenance is quick to respond and does excellent work. The homes and grounds are well kept and clean. It truly felt like home and I was sad to leave. I would 100% recommend this community for anyone looking for a quiet and safe oasis. I’m thankful for our time here. If we ever head back this way, I would definitely live here again.

We moved into Mansions at Canyon Creek only a few weeks ago but have already enjoyed it a lot! The whole leasing process was smooth and professional, thanks to Amy & Susan. We needed maintenance support on a few things and, each time, Luke and/or David showed up on time and fixed the problem in an efficient manner - thanks guys! Our unit is tastefully done, with lots of natural light, wood tones, and storage space. We are excited for our stay in this beautiful and peaceful community.

Entire experience has been great. Knowledgeable staff, clear communication and an apartment that fits our needs perfectly. Recently needed a new AC fan motor on a 90 degree day. Maintenance (David and Luke) arrived within 10 minutes. The replacement motor needed was located miles away in North Kansas City, Mo. David and Luke drove to NKC during rush hour on a Friday afternoon and had the new motor installed and working within the hour. Many thanks, your extra effort is greatly appreciated!
