WIN Home Inspection

I called Mike on WINN to book a very last minute home inspection. We didn’t know what to expect since we’ve never bought a house. Our realtor even mentioned how honest he found Mike. He focused on his job but never made us feel like we were bothering him when we asked questions and went over things of concerns in a detailed and easy to understand way. We’ve already booked him again for our plan B house in the same weekend! Highly recommend!

Mike is a professional of high integrity. He went above and beyond expectations when he inspected our new home purchase. He took time to explain what he was doing and why each step of the way. I worked with Michael this past week for my home inspection and had a great experience. I had a quick timeline and needed to get an inspection scheduled ASAP. Michael was able to get me on for that week. I was unable to make it so my dad went in my place and said Michael was very methodical and meticulous throughout his work. We were really happy with Mike's inspection of our new construction home. He was very professional. He arrived promptly. He took his time and did not rush. Mike's inspection was very thorough. He pointed out several items that could be improved, and some that are important to be addressed before closing. Mike had modern technology (drone, infrared camera, etc) to assist in his evaluation. He answered all of our questions, as well as pointing out construction details such as the fact that electrical outlets placed upside down indicate that outlet has a wall switch (something I was not aware of).
