Singh Management does a great job!! We work with Monae Rinaldi often and she is professional, timely, and on top of things. She is always available, and follows through on her commitments. She often catches potential problems before they become an issue and fixes them before they are even known to us. Being a relocation company ourselves, knowing we can count on her and the staff at any Singh community makes it really smooth and simple to work with them while housing our clients. If you’re looking for a place to stay then look no further! Peaceful, clean, quiet, great staff, great maintenance ( Kyle & Jake) and just very nice welcoming community ; they are the best! We been with Singh going on year 2! Haven’t had any issues. We had to call maintenance for minor things and they came fixed the issues no problem! Looking forward to the summer time so we can use the pool!

The apartments are built like a house it has beautiful scenery around , a beautiful pond with waterfall and a small hike . It’s quiet very roomy and attached garage

We had a great experience renting a townhouse in Novi at the Brownstones.Monae was fantastic, making it a smooth transition,alway calling back. We moved here from the Northwest Coast last August. Elaine and Jacqueline were so helpful, and we have been so happy here. Turnbury Park is a beautiful and quiet location with a nature trail around a pond with a nice fountain, and we are excited to enjoy the pool this summer. The complex is clean and quiet and we have been so happy here!
