Fordham Green Apartments

Been here almost 7 months and am very happy! Teresa was extremely helpful getting me and my kids into the perfect townhouse! Stephanie is always a joy to talk to and always has the answers to my questions. Maintenance is quick! The few requests I've put in, our guy came out same day! No complaints so far (: The price of my rent is great considering how close my kids are to school and all the amenities!

If you are looking for a nice, small community this is definitely the place to look. I've been here for a little over 6 months, and it's been positive overall. Stephanie goes above and beyond in fostering a sense of community whether that is through hosting great community events or just listening to residents and being accommodating. She is willing to meet you where you're at and work with you.

Always on it for maintenance. Properly is clean. Very quiet at night time no issues with my place. The two ladies in the office are always so sweet and friendly. Love living at this apartment complex

Extremely helpful office and maintenance staff. I transfered my lease from a different Beacon property and the Fordham staff was especially helpful in making everything go smoothly.
