Love how spacious these apartments are and I appreciate the recent renovations that were made. I was in a situation where I needed to find a good place to live asap and Holly made that happen. She was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire move-in process!

I’ve had a great experience living here! The leasing office staff is always friendly, professional, and truly goes out of their way to make sure residents feel welcome and comfortable. From maintenance requests to general questions, everything is handled quickly and efficiently. A special shoutout to Holly, the property manager—she’s absolutely amazing! You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and works hard to make this place feel like home. Whether it’s helping with a lease issue or just checking in, she’s always approachable and attentive. Overall, it’s clear that they want you to not only stay, but to actually enjoy living here. Highly recommend!

Nothing but a great experience during the leasing process! Holly was amazing to work with and answered all my questions and even became available later in the day to accommodate my schedule. The unit itself is also great and looked exactly like the pictures!

Nick the maintenence guy is awesome. We had a leak in our apartment and he had it fixed in a very timely manner. Nick is the best maintenence guy I have come across in my many years of renting. He's knowledgeable and reliable. Plus he's just an all around nice guy!

Had such a great experience w/leasing staff- in particular the property manager, Holly. She was polite, took time to answer nuanced questions and was just a kind human. Experiences elsewhere pale in comparison to this experience. Very cool option for living in Canton that isn’t wildly expensive or run down. Nice remodel and decent amount of space in the units. Also appreciate it being a smaller property that’s well maintained on the outside.
