Pilgrim Village Apartments & Townhomes

I moved in in 2022 and moved out in 2025, and my experience was wonderful from start to finish. My move-in was flawless, maintenance requests were handled quickly and promptly, and management was always responsive. The best ways to connect were by email or simply stopping into the office. Carol and Tina are truly a joy to work with. This apartment complex offers a genuine community-like feel, with amenities and events that make it stand out, key-entry access to the pool, seasonal gatherings like Trunk or Treat, food trucks in the summer, and a winter carriage ride with hot cocoa. I also appreciated the Flex Pay option, which was a great convenience. Additionally, the apartments look exactly like the photos. Even if you’re only able to view a model unit, what you see is truly what you get

Derek is an amazing maintenance manager. Generally speaking anything that is urgent and important is taken care of within 24 hours or less depending on his availability as well as the team that he supervises.

I took a tour a couple of weeks ago and the Manager assisted me. She was the most professional, informative and her customer service was the best that I have experienced in a long time.

Tanya is my leasing consultant and she is absolutely amazing my move in process was easy and I absolutely love my apartment.

I love living here! The grounds are kept up well, in the summer there are flowers and nice landscaping. Maintenance always responds very quickly and almost always fixes the issue the first time. If they can't, they're back soon to follow up, plus the maintenance staff are all super nice. I've lived in a few different places over the past 10-ish years, and this complex is fantastic.
