Wow! Moved here at first I was happy 3 months in we had ( maybe still there)a neighbor that liked to lookout his windows in little or no clothes ( especially when seeing little girls.if not Walking naked in the hallway. Two ladies running office neither know what they are doing very lazy laid back. Office looks more like a daycare. They hate fixing things. If you’re gonna move in make sure when you move out you put new walls, doors etc. Cause they have no sense of what wear and tear is after 4 years. My apartment was given back super clean. They bathrooms grow a lot of Mold and Mildew and although we cleaned it, keeps on coming back. They charge you for that when you leave l. Thank God I took pics and a video when I left cause they wanna charge me $1000+ of damages. I took responsibility f

This property management is horrible. The two managers at the office never do their job. They sit at the office talking and taking care of kids and not doing their job. And when you approach them with an issue with tenants or things happening in the complex they say they can't do anything. The maintenance person is horrible. He doesn't know how to fix anything and actually makes the situation worst. They now what you to pay all utilities and rent is higher. Don't waste your time with this place. It looks pretty on the inside but it's hell to live in once you're there.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I definitely would. I have been here for 4 months. The first month I moved in I’ve had problems with the neighbors below me. They pound, jump, slam doors & yell cruel words because we simply “walk too hard.” I’ve Reached out to Feldman Real Estate multiples times asking to be moved to a different apartment but they refused. The reasons being “I am still in my lease” and “their policy is that the residents can’t move from same size apartment to same size apartment.” I even got a response from one of the leasing agents stating “if I keep sending noise complaint letters it will make them even more mad.” & I am not the only one who has had an issue with them. Now my daughter has a medical condition with her legs and they still can’t do anything about movin

Landlord is rude and unprofessional. A mistake was made with my lease where for two months straight I got eviction notices because our rent was late but I changed the date of my move for when the lease would take effect but it wasn't communicated to the accounting department. So per their records I was late on my rent. Apartments themselves have thin walls so you can hear absolutely everything. Parking is a mess. I parked my vehicle for an hour in a no parking spot that's only for maintenance and they towed the vehicle instead of giving me a call when they have my vehicle registration. Shame on me for parking there for an hour but at the same time they could have just called me about it instead of having it towed. I'm thankful that I will no longer be living here.

The worst place ever!!! A RACCOON INFESTED DUMP. Raccoons all over the place here in every dumpster, in the trees and in the APARTMENTS!!! the raccoons some how broke into the soffit outside of my living room window and are now inside the attic they claw, dig, and all around have a party on my ceilings. I haven't gotten a good night sleep since March and here it is almost June they make the most noise around 2-3 in the morning, so if you move here I hope you have a 3rd shift job because this situation has affected my job on account that I wake up at 7 for work. If you have small children I wouldn't let them play outside unsupervised because these raccoons are everywhere, I went to the dumpster and threw in my trash two raccoons hopped out and scared me half to death!!! Management refused t
