Rich was wonderful! From the moment we contacted him, he was very responsive, texted/called right away and was very clear in his communication. He is very professional and accommodated all our requests when we needed to amend anything. There was some paperwork that needed to be completed by the seller (account transfer, tenants payments, etc.) and Rich continued to broker this several weeks after we closed.

Richard was recommended to me to help with the sale of my elderly uncle’s rental property with me acting as POA from out of state. Everything about this process was made incredibly easy by Richard and his very capable team. He also worked closely with the renter/buyer to facilitate the process.
