Foxwood Crossing Apartments

In all my years in the Navy and apartment living, Devan and Tom are absolutely the best team addressing and surpassing all our needs and expectations! A REAL Dream Team for apartment dwellers! Their dedication and loyalty to the residents are evident by expedient management of issues and repairs! I can’t thank them enough for the professionalism and personal touch they convey in all assigned duties and tasks!

My sister was relocating from Florida to Wisconsin. I was in pursuit of an apartment for her that included private entrance, two bedrooms, in unit washer and dryer and two car garage. I reached out to Foxwood Crossing and had the pleasure of speaking with Devan. She was extremely helpful and was able to answer my questions. After our meeting my sister decided she wanted to rent here. The renting process via the Rent Cafe was beyond my sister's ability to navigate. I had to help her through the process and with alot of help from Devan. She was always kind and friendly when we had questions on how to navigate the application process. She continues to answer any questions or concerns in such a kind and welcoming way.

We have absolutely loved our time at Foxwood Crossings! Devan is by far the greatest property manager we have ever worked with!!! Devan has been amazing with any request we have ever asked of her. The maintenance personnel on site are fantastic as well. We only had two very minor issues and they were both resolved within 24 hours of us requesting maintenance. Devan has been there for us right from the start. If we didn't have extenuating circumstances that made us move to a three-bedroom apartment, we never would have left Foxwood Crossings. The complex is quiet, clean, and the outside maintenance is impeccable just like the inside maintenance. Once again, if we weren't having to move due to the three bedrooms, we would definitely have stayed for a long, long time. Devan went out of her

Foxwood Crossings has been a great place to live. We love the unit we live in, maintenance requests are attended to promptly, and Devan has been a wonderful property manager. She has been so helpful and compassionate with various scenarios. I would strongly recommend living here!

I have been living at Foxwood for 3 years now. Very nice apartment and community. I loved our first manager Kathy and hated to hear she was leaving. Jessica came and transitioned so well into being such a wonderful manager. She always goes above and beyond. Shane is also so quick to get our maintenance requests done. Great staff!!
