Water Tower View

Water Tower View is a apartment complex kitted out for Deaf and Hard of Hearing tennants. My brother who is older and deaf lives here and it's in a quiet neighborhood, the street is not a through one and there is plenty of parking. The complex has activities for the tennants and sometimes a "party" or meal to celebrate a occasion. Everyone very helpful and kind. I wish it was closer to shopping but there are stores close as well as a hospital but not walkable for a elderly person. My brother's apartment is a nice, clean, fairly updated one bedroom with a lovely balcony. He likes it there, it's clean, welcoming and equipped for the tennants needs.

My brother lives in this apartment complex which is completely specifically rents to deaf people in the Milwaukee area. Since moving our brother here has met many deaf friends, plus they have the apartments fitted with Teletype Telephone set up to your TV as well as visual aids so a person who is deaf is alerted to when someone is at your door or just calling. They have weekly meet ups/pot lucks with the community in the building as well as a parking structure and three floors all fitted with lovely balconies. The entrance area is secure and locked and the building is always well kept. We all feel much safer for our family member and although it is not a incredibly close walk to the area stores, but about a 10 block walk. The building is down a turn about street so there is no direct walk

NEW REVIEW ADDED!!!! I rate this 4 stars. Place is beautiful. The units are big and amazing on how much room there is. The improvements looks great. Go check this place out. They have gatherings in the community room. Play cards, do crafts, under ground parking. A cute gym for those who love to excersize. The manager Katie is a wonderful lady. If you have any questions she is there to help. Please. Go check this place out. It also has. A locked lobby. Which is beautiful. Do they allow small pets? Yes. My sincerest apologies for my disrespectful review to the manager. .. Her job is not easy. Its hard work and she's doing the best she can.

I have been living in this apt for 3 years and im loving it. I am deaf and it met all of my needs that are accessible such as flashing lights for doorbell, phone and main entrance so I know who's there. Its really neat to have full communication for deaf seniors. Many activities for me to join. No more loneliness for me. Please ignore Delores' comment because she didnt live there. She was a caregiver for a sweet guy. For some reason she stopped working for him. He has to go to the hospital. Delores did not return his key and stole his dog. When he returned home he was upset to learn that she wont return his dog till he pays her $1200 for the dog's gum surgery. Delores never ask him if she can do that. He was so depressed that he overdosed. Yes...he died. We, the residents were Devastated!

This place is awesome for seniors and handicap people and etc and there is a transformation to grocery store every other wednesdays!!!...
