After finally moving out of this place I can finally share my thoughts! HORRIBLE a place as in pervious reviews I would avoid at all costs.. let’s start by first when me and my boyfriend moved in, right away we had squirrels in our ceilings/ living room and bedroom. I contacted Rebecca she stated that was a hole and had maintenance patch it.. weeks to months later still have squirrels that kept us up at night along with my cat freaking out because it sounds like they are about to break through the walls, after months of going back and forth with Rebeca. I finally had to take matters into my own hand and contact the city “funny how that did the trick” and they had to do major maintenance to multiple units 😂 the management is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE argue with there paying tenants. These are nice size budget apartments. Nothing high end, but also they are not run down. Given 3 stars just because more stars would mean higher end.

Posting this under a throw away account because the people here seem to like to target and retaliate if you speak out. The residents themselves are horrible, neighbors are rude and racist, the pool monitor tries take photos of everyone they don’t like and harass them until they lose their pool pass or give it up. Then there’s the parking situation, everyone is always out to try and tow everyone! My car was in the shop after an accident so I had a rental and it got towed out of the visitor’s parking even though I had let management know about my rental car and situation, when I confronted them they said it was another resident who called the tow company and they couldn’t do anything about it, there was also another time when my car WITH THE PASS parked and my car was getting towed, but I we

Horrible management company, please stay away! The cars were towed from visitors spot. It almost seems like they have an agreement with the tow company and they treat towing vehicles like a cash cow. I lived at the property for many years and I enjoyed the apartment itself. However, the rules and regulations of the property seems to change consistently and rules AND regulations are not clearly defined in the leases so it's almost as if management hands are always tied and there's always excuses. I'm not saying that this is coming directly from the property manager. Moved out of this dump a year ago this time so I feel comfortable now expressing my thoughts. Do avoid living here at all costs, even paying a bit more for a different complex will give you peace of mind There is a major mold problem with this complex. My partner and I were experiencing skin reaction issues specifically because of it. After spending $3,000 on doctor visits, we temporarily moved in with family and our skin started clearing up. And unsurprisingly, once we finally moved out, we never experienced another skin reaction. There’s mold in the ceilings, the AC unit and probably within the walls too.
