Willow Springs Apartment Community

Great location and nice apartments but be aware that things will take a negative turn quickly as soon as you state to the management that you are breaking the lease due to an out of state job opportunity. I would not recommend signing a lease longer than 6 months unless you want to pay outrageous fees as they do not consider moving for a job opportunity to be good enough justification to break the lease without paying penalties. They acted like it was going to be so hard to find another tenant to rent the apartment. They had it rented out before we even left so I do not see what the big deal was about outside of simple greed, especially after being a good tenant for almost 4 years.

Im getting ready for a move so I think its time to talk about my excellent stay here. The staff here like Desirae and Graciela very obviously care about their residents and are very kind. Maintence is great and have always been on top of things, the moment anything goes wrong they are there almost immediately for the fix. For my first apartment this place sets the bar VERY high. The apartment I am in has had some quick repairs from the last tenant, for example a bathtub that was painted over but then peeled. Maintence is waiting for me to move out for the repair since a replacement is a bigger job which I understand but it does stink not having a nice tub. Every place has its pros and cons but this places pros outweigh the cons FOR SURE! So many memories made and very homey. Thanks Willow

Willow Springs was our first home when we moved to this city 6 years ago! We loved living here! We had the best experience and made great memories. It's a beautiful and peaceful community very well maintained, it has great amenities and it is in a great location. The office and maintenance staff were always so friendly and helpful when we needed something or had questions and our neighbors were so respectful. Definitely going to miss living here. To anyone looking or considering moving here — I highly recommend Willow Springs for your next apartment home. ❤️

Great office staff! Super friendly and the apartments are gorgeous!

I helped my friend move to this amazing community. She had her apartment cleaned thoroughly, and it was spotless! It smelled so clean and fresh too! As well I can complain about maintenance, Our microwave had a problem, but the maintenance team came right over and fixed it for us. They were super helpful!
