Mountain Springs Pointe Apartments

Moved out over a month ago. . .still haven't refunded my deposit (even after I paid them 2 full months rent to get out of my lease). Scam.

I live in these apartments during my time working at New Mexico State University and it has been great. My time on the property has been good I rarely have any issues with anything and Bianet is always there for me if so. She does a great job with the tenants and passionate about her job. I recommend anyone looking for a good apartment for decent amount of rent in the Las Cruces area to reach out to her and work with her. She is the best! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I currently live in these apartments and they are great for college students looking for an affordable place. The location is very convenient, since its really close to campus. Living here has definitely made my time attending New Mexico State University much easier! Also, if I have any issues I get quick responses, so I truly recommend these apartments:)

I currently live in the property. Ever since the new owners took over, there has been a lot of positive upgrades to the apartments. Management is wonderful, the lady at the property is very friendly and knowledgeable and has been very thorough at explaining and answering all my questions. When I have placed a work order they have been fixed right away.

Bianet is the most professional community manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is always prompt with her responses and always quick to have a helping hand when something arises. Mountain Springs Pointe is a nice place to live; it serves as a comfortable place to call home. It is affordable and provides great value for someone who is looking for a calm, tranquil place to live. I would highly recommend both the community and Bianet who serves as a tremendous representative of the complex.
