We were purchasing a home in Las Cruces from out of state. We came to town met with Raquel we let her know what we were looking for and she took us to see a few houses to get a better idea of our likes and dislikes. When we left she kept in touch and when our house came on the market we had her go do a virtual walkthrough with us. She let us know the condition of the house and we made an offer that day. Raquel kept us informed on each step and was very responsive to us and our many questions. We were not disappointed when we saw our home in person for the first time. We would look forward to working with Raquel again if the need arises and would recommend her to friends and family.

We had the pleasure of working with Raquel in purchasing our new home in Las Cruces. It was complicated by the fact that we live out of state and could only drive in (a 10 hour drive) to view properties. This meant we had to rely upon Raquel to to set up viewings on short notice, provide us with video walk-throughs, and follow-up with sellers, local contractor estimates for property improvements and otherwise coordinate with our banker, and title company as we sorted things out long-distance. On several occasions our visits did not result in a property offer even though Raquel secured bids from contractors on our behalf and made a huge effort to get us a ton of information. But on the last failed visit, a property listing that had been under contract to another buyer fell through while
