Communication is clear and timely. The report is detailed and well-supported and most of all always completed right on schedule! I have used Affinity Group LLC in the past and have now worked with the appraiser, Gary Macias on two occasions. Gary spent only a few minutes at my property during the appraisal and the final report came in far below current market value. Nearby homes similar in size are listed $100k–$150k higher than the value he assigned. The appraisal relied on older/lower sales and did not reflect current market conditions for my neighborhood. Very disappointing experience.
