Brian just finished an inspection for me on a property that had a huge amount of issues. The time he took at the property to write up an extremely detailed report was amazing. And th following day a phone call to go through each issue thoroughly was amazing. I highly recommend Black Bear home inspections.

Brian did a great job inspecting the house. We needed a pre-warranty expiration inspection and he did it in a timely manner. He was very friendly, very thorough and very professional.

We found a home that we absolutely love but before we committed to buying it we wanted to have a thorough inspection done. Our Realtor coordinated with Brian at Black Bear Inspections and we met him at the house. Brian was excellent. He was meticulous in his inspection without being alarmist. We watched Brian methodically explore the house, taking numerous notes and photos. After approximately 3 hours he was done with his inspection and then took the time to review with us and answer any questions we had. I especially appreciated his willingness to explain his findings in detail. It's one thing to read a report, but to have him walk us through the issue really helped me feel like I had a firm understanding of the house. Speaking of reports, Brian's inspection report was top notch.

Best home inspection! Thorough report. Reasonable priced. My husband especially like the color coding on severity on findings, actions required and/or suggestions for the future. Our agent was there to help as we are in another state. Would recommend him and use him again.
