Willow Pointe Apartments

My husband and I are looking to relocate and we came across this apartment complex, and from the moment I stepped in the customer service was incredible everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and super patient because sometimes I can ask a lot of questions and they went above and beyond! I would love to live in complex like this with people who care and don’t treat you like just another customer. So shout out to that team I hope I got their names right Nyasia , Tish , Nyckole !!!

I was inquiring regarding an apartment here at Willow Pointe and I'd just like to compliment the management team Nyckolle, Tish and Nyasia. All very helpful and respectful. They were extremely professional meanwhile also making me comfortable throughout the entire experience. Thank you again ladies!

It’s been great willow pointe!!! thank you for an amazing two years, we can’t say that every living situation is perfect. We can say that you guys strive for perfection and essentially a master getting it done. This is in affordable, quiet apartment area. Great place to raise a family. You get a great sense of community with wonderful neighbors and great staffing! I would like to thank both Tisha and Nyasia as well and the Maintenance crew for doing such an amazing job!

I am submitting this review to document a serious and hazardous incident that occurred after hours at approximately 9:57 PM, which compromised my safety. While alone in my apartment late in the evening, an unidentified individual began to forcefully and repeatedly knock on my door. He neither identified himself nor announced himself as maintenance, nor explained the purpose of his visit. Due to the timing and lack of communication, I did not feel safe opening the door. Subsequently, this individual used a key to attempt to unlock my apartment door without my consent. He claimed to be maintenance responding to a water emergency and stated that the apartment manager had authorized him to enter my unit regardless of my permission. I received no prior notification through phone, text, email

Im writing this review because my neighbor lied in her post giving the place a 1 star. She acted unruly because she didnt want maintenance to see she had a washing machine in the unit and was flooding our unit. Maintenance had to call the cops because she refused entry. The employees at Willow Pointe truly care about the tenants and thats what keeps me here. My neighbor knows too, thats why she wont move. Thank you Willow Pointe staff for all you do. We appreciate you. I have your back!
