Northgate Village Apartments

At first, I wasn't too interested because of the negative comments about the management, but once I joined, it was the opposite. Whenever there's a problem, you make a request, and they respond quickly. My wife and I don't want to abuse the system by making a request every time. Sometimes there are small things we do without calling them. I recommend everyone to come and be part of this community. Good work, guys!

Whoever inspects these places prior to a new tenant moving in needs to be fired. Within the first week of living here, I did not have heat for the first 5 days (it’s January) both outlets in the kitchen did not work, sink drain and shower drain both did not drain, broken shelf in the fridge as well as a broken gasket. And now just turned on the stove top for the first time and the dial popped/exploded with sparks as soon as I turned it. The leasing agent Cathy is extremely sweet and nice however whoever is in charge of inspections and turning places over could not have done a worse job if they tried. Update: Still have yet to have a smooth week out here nearly 2 months in. Insane lady bug infestation, over the last month killing 10-15 a day for weeks (pictures are from 1/11 and 2/4), even

I'm in Northgate Village since a year and I really love it. My apartment is very nice and clean. The neighbors are very nice and the office workers are great specially the lady which office is in front of the door just when you enter in the office, her name is Keniqua I think, she is like a responsible for the office, she's very nice,very professional.She's the one who makes those apartments nice for us.When you have issue, they fix it right away, I'm so happy for that. The complex is very secure and clean. No noise, no trouble. I love my apartment. Thank you Northgate Village. It's the place to be.

My fiancé and I moved in back in March and everyone on staff has been so incredible and accommodating! Every maintenance issue is quickly attended to and resolved. The ladies in the office (Especially Kyrie) go above and beyond for us residents! I'm very happy we chose Northgate as our first place together! I'm blessed with lovely neighbors and everyone else I've met in the complex have been super kind! :)
