The Place at Burlington

It was nice until it wasn’t smh. We had 5 different managers in 1 year mind you this place has been open 1 year 3 months. I miss Joyce but she was too nice for this company. This new one doesn’t like to take phone calls only emails but doesn’t respond like the entire CIS so she’s on brand. A lot of the tenants talk and say the same. Problem solving skills is nonexistent. Do not get me started on how they handled this last storm. We ALL shoveled out paths ourselves. I’ve been here since the beginning Tamika, Alonzo, The Mean One, and Joyce handled snow, phone calls, and resident issues with no problems.

The place is nice and was quiet until April maybe May. I live in building 1 and know exactly who’s making the banging sound. I have made numerous complaints to Joyce who was supposed to take care of the situation but she quit now I’m stuck trying to get in contact with Nicole in CIS Resident Services. I’ve even called the cops many times they told me all they can do is notify the tenant who doesn’t speak English and it’s on management to take of which is nonexistent at the moment. Multiple tenants in building 1 are complaining about that constant banging noise so I would think Corp would investigate.

Addressing two tenants reviews, I live UNDER the consistent banging sound. I have videos of the sound in my bedroom after midnight, 1 am, and even 2am. Joyce was aware and said corporate is aware. I see someone said Joyce quit and I also Have been calling corporate and emailed Nicole is Resident Services about this matter that’s been going on since spring. Hopefully I get a response to help us all because this is ridiculous. Keeps me up at night and wakes my kids. There’s also more disturbance from the same people throughout the entire day and I homeschool and work from home it’s been very bad.

my experience applying for this complex , was not very pleasant, i sent in my application on a sat., and that very monday after, i got a call that my application was accepted, cool had my interview with all my documents, the interview was about 3 hours, i was told that my birth certificate and social security card for both me and my daughter had to be in color, i was not told that before the interview, but ok np , i went to work, the office manager had a color copier , she was nice to make copies for me, boom it was sent right away i needed something notarized, ok np , the next day i took my lunch break went to the bank , got whatever notarized, boom done, oh we need something from HR signed, ok boom done, i did everything 100%, so 3 weeks later , i did'nt hear from the lady, so i email

The apartment itself is nice but it was built cheap, it's hard to enjoy your home when your constantly being watched by the cameras, they nit pick but don't handle the bigger issues going on
