The Willows at Burlington Mill

I’ve been living here for 10 years now it is a nice place But kids be crazy All the time so I am a little ready to leave cause I’m moving to Bordentown

This complex is very non-responsive. Inquired and they never returned call. Wanted to tour the complex but again, no response. This was my first stop before calling around in the area because I wanted to be close to work. I ended up going with a beautiful townhouse in Mt. Laurel. I’m happy with my choice because if this place don’t even respond to inquiries, I imagine they would be the same once your a tenant. Glad I didn’t follow up

Staff was friendly and helpful. I only went in to put in an application, so I am not too sure about the neighborhood. From what I did see, the area was clean and quiet. The main office, which is located in the property's clubhouse, is wheelchair accessible. I was told they do have wheelchair accessible apartments. The clubhouse, from what I can see, is very spacious with places to sit (tables and chairs), a community TV and coffee station, which was stocked. They do accept Section 8 vouchers.

Never been to an apartment complex that didn’t have visitor parking. Towing cars is absolutely ridiculous. At least give tenants visitor passes for when they have guest.

Over the pandemic duration, I applied and received messages and emails from this place. After the entire game of sending the requirements back and forth, I was given the run around. I wouldn’t recommend this place, I couldn’t get my apartment because of the run around and the cat and mouse game. If you get in touch with somebody, make sure they are firm and legitimate please!
