Pearl Pointe Apartments

Pearl is a great place to live! It’s the perfect community for those looking for a luxury apartment in the South Jersey area. The units are beautiful, the community is always clean, the views are amazing and there is always tons of events going on in the neighborhood. Not to mention, they have great amenities as well such as in unit laundry, a gym, a business center, and a pet wash station! Safety is also a huge thing for me, and I can honestly say the team at Pearl does a great job keeping the community safe. There’s frequent policing around the area, especially at night which is always good. I am glad I found this complex on my apartment search! 😄

Wonderful place to live. Amazing staff. Caring neighbors who’ve become friends. We all look out for each other. Maintenance is awesome & helpful. I’ve been here since the beginning and my love for the location and the place I call home has not changed. The location is a big part of it - the River, the Bridge, the Promenade! All of it makes it an awesome place to live!

Long time resident! Been happy with our decision to move here over three years ago. Not one complaint ever! Staff is always the best: personable, knowledgeable, friendly, pleasant and willing to go the extra mile! The buildings are always kept super clean and the amenities are better than some hotels! All that plus a great view of sunsets over the waterfront!

I had been looking forward to the day I could sit down and write a glowing 5-star review for Pearl Pointe. Sadly, that day has come, and instead, I’m left giving them only 3 stars—at best. I lived at Pearl Pointe for a year. At move-in, I’ll admit I thought the rent was steep, but the building was spotless, the staff kind, and the location worked perfectly for me. It felt worth it. For the most part, my experience was positive: the community was quiet, I had good neighbors, and maintenance was always professional and prompt. I paid rent in advance every month, never late, even rented extra storage, and paid pet fees for my dog. By all accounts, I was a model tenant. But over time, things shifted.
