Willow Lake Apartments

I recently toured Willowlake Apartments, and I have to say — I was so impressed! The community is beautiful, clean, and well-kept, but what really made the experience stand out was Lateasha, the leasing agent. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and walk me through everything in detail. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right home. Thanks to her warm personality and excellent service, I’ve decided to apply soon! Highly recommend checking this place out and asking for Lateasha!

Aaron maintenance is a professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my electrical issues quickly and safely. Great service and respectful. Highly recommend.

Maresha in the office gives you the run around. They will show you one thing and give you something else. They say apartments are renovated but they only put new carpet and floors. Cabinets are as old as the property. Bugs in the unit the odor of mildew and mold holes all in the cabinets slide doors has broken entry and they don’t want to show you the unit you will have till after you sign then refuse to give you your money back. I’ve had to contact legal services. I asked for a better unit denied. Everything I asked for they didn’t give me but after paying deposit and other fees they switch on you. I will never ever stay at a Peak Living property. Even the property assistant Michael asked that my money be returned because of all the broken promises and the regional Tasheki or whatever her

I wanted to highlight the fantastic maintenance service at Willow Lake. A special thanks to Benjamin! In the two years we've lived here, he has quickly and courteously fixed every issue we've had, including problems with our AC/heat and plumbing. His great work is one of the main reasons we keep renewing our lease. Thank you!
