I want the thank, Maria, Carla and Monique for getting my leak handled quickly. You guys sent the best person for the detailed task, of opening walls to get to the damaged pipes. Luis was amazing explained what happened took time to show me everything. I was amazed when I came home , expecting to have a lot to clean, he took care of that as well. Thanks again, you guys made this tenant very happy.

10 stars lol .. I’ve lived here for several years, and Destiny has been the most consistent and professional part of this community. She’s always kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful every time I interact with her. Destiny treats residents with respect both in and out of the office (via email), and she always follows through. She truly represents this place in the best way, and I appreciate her greatly! I am a sucker for good customer service because its HEAVY on the not easy nor is it for the faint of heart dealing with the public. Copy and paste her and we would be good lol. Thank you, Destiny, for your daily assistance you can take a vacation when I move lol.

Carla in the office is a rude person. I called about a return payment fee to inquire answers and she got all snooty for no reason stating I should have late payment I’m simply asking her why when I’m paying my rent before March! my rent is always paid ahead of time and not after and she proceeds to be a complete unprofessional toned person . Everything doesn’t have to be handled with hostility and she definitely had me to encounter a very unpleasant conversation with the front office. If this is a reflection of the office they need to do better. Customer service goes a long way! But being a rude person does too!
