The Pointe Apartments

Magda from the maintenance team has been incredibly helpful. She is always kind, responsive, and willing to assist whenever something is needed. It also makes such a difference that she speaks Spanish, because it helps many residents feel comfortable communicating and getting the support they need. Her positive attitude and dedication really stand out, and she is truly an asset to the community.

Lovely location, I was skeptical about returning to the Stone Mountain area, but the young lady who helped me ( I hope I'm spelling it right ), "Magda," sold me. She was a delight and so understanding of my needs and what I was looking to get out of the area. Very knowledgeable, very kind, very professional. Hope to see her again on my move-in date.

I am giving this place a five star right now but do not plan to move until May 2026. The reason I’m giving it Five stars is because of the Assistant Property Manager, Ta’Mara. Her professionalism is top notch. Her ability to hear and listen to what it was I was looking for in an apartment and for her to show me two apartments with my son was beyond words. She listened to my concerns and things that I felt needed to be done in order to make an apartment moving ready, not only for me, but for any other person that would want to rent from this property. I express my desire to make it home and she assured me that that was possible. She has such a personable kind personality that you really don’t find a lot of times when you’re looking for apartments. She is well knowledgeable on what it takes

My experience with Maria throughout 3 years at the apartments was very good thanks to Maria the groundkeeper who always made sure I was doing well at the place. She is an extremely humane and helpful person. She is no stranger of owning up to the wellbeing of tenants even making sure a stray pet found their owners in one ocassion and going above and beyond to help tenants find solutions to a tenants every day challenges. I will miss Maria. Thank you Maria for making my tenance reassuring and happy.
