The Park at Stonehaven

I had a wonderful experience with The Park at Stone Haven Apartments and truly want to command both the property management team and the overall community. From the very beginning, the professionalism, responsiveness and genuine care shown by the property manager Amanda, made a lasting impression. Communication was clear, timely, and respectful, which made the entire process smooth and reassuring. The property manager went above and beyond to be helpful , knowledgeable and supportive. This kind of leadership makes a huge difference and reflects positively on the entire business. I highly recommend the Park at Stone Mountain Apartments to anyone looking for a well managed community with attentive staff and a positive living experience.

Do Not Move Here! I was fooled by the good reviews and what I thought was a good touring experience. The onsite manager was helpful during the chaotic portion (continue reading to find out) I will give her that. She was helpful in resolving the issue but the leasing agent Ced is not detail oriented at all. The constant gaslighting and lying from him was actually ridiculous, even through the application process. When we moved into my unit it was different from my touring experience which I was willing to compromise, but once I moved into the first day I started to clean and discovered minor maintenance issues that was very obvious if you’re a leasing agent. We went for a tour with Quenta Anderson and when I say she was amazing! Very knowledgeable asking questions about what we like or don’t like! Very welcoming with me and my family and was able to answer all of our question! Unit was very nice and very spacious The Jennings family is looking forward to making this our new home!! I was searching for a new place to call home. I had a list, and I started with this apartment complex. I visited about four more apartments after this one and it was no match. It felt good to walk into a leasing office and feel so welcoming. You can tell that they take their jobs seriously. I forgot who I did the tour went but she completely sealed the deal for me. I like the fact that you don't pay an admin fee until after you are approved. A lot of these places are taking your money and claiming you would get a refund if you were denied. I feel like I'm getting my money's worth with this property. And I loved the floor place for the 2 bed 2 bath that I toured. Ms. Erica was so nice and accommodating.
