My appointment with Vonnie to view the 1-bedroom was a great experience! She was very welcoming from start to finish. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I truly appreciated how smooth and comfortable she made the entire viewing. I would definitely recommend working with her if you’re looking for a place to rent!

My husband and I recently moved out of this complex after 2 years of living here. We moved in when this place was still mostly under construction so we have been here since the beginning. The positives - We enjoyed our time at the community - our apartment was nice, the amenities (gym, pool, club room) were always clean. My neighbors in the 2000 building were very kind, respectful, and never noisy. I also felt extremely safe in the complex and walking around to the neighboring townhomes and houses at Parkview Place. The previous management (Woodward Partners) and leasing staff were exceptional and provided phenomenal service. They were extremely active with the residents and knew most of us by name. I had stopped by to inquire about living here, firstly I was greeted with a warm welcome from the office staffs, they are so amazing and polite! When I started touring the property I was so amazed by the amenities, the up keeping and quietness of the community! I was so amazed with all that I've seen...I said "this is the perfect community for me and my little family" so I went ahead to fill out my application the very same day because I didn't want this opportunity to pass me. Living here now and I am loooving it and I am recommending anyone who is looking for somewhere that is peaceful and quiet to call Home. Definitely rent from this apartment complex!

Such a beautiful property! I am head over heels about the location with easy access to all of my favorite restaurants and shopping! All of this comes second to the amazing customer service I experienced during my visit! Tyrell and Dina set such a high standard of what great customer service, care, and support looks like. If you’re in search of a new home I DEFINITELY recommend living here!!
