Willow Crossings Apartments

Been here almost a year. Just renewed for another. I really have no complaints. If you have any issues, maintenance is right on it. Everyone in the office seems friendly, although I haven't had a ton of interaction with them. When I have it was positive. I love the location across from Ruble Park as I love walking trails. Be aware of the neighbors outside of the apartment flying down the walking trail on there ATV though. All in all, I don't regret moving in. No plans to leave anytime soon.

We have lived here almost a year and I think it is a nice place to be. If we have any issues maintenance is always right on top of it. The office has always been very responsive when contacting and very pleasant. For holidays they always have something special going on for residents to enjoy and in the summer every so often a snow cone truck stops by. We are not renewing our lease only because we have purchased a home, but would have stayed if that wasn’t the case. Great community and great employees that work here! Which is very refreshing!

My family and I have lived in Willow Crossings for almost 4 years and love it. It’s pretty quiet and the kids love the pool and playground. Maintenance request are taken care of usually no more than 2 or 3 days after request has been placed depending on the issue and most times they are there to fix the issue within 24hrs. The girls in the office are very nice and personable and always willing to help.

Have grown up in this neighborhood (Willow Crossings, formerly Garden Quarter) all of my life. My parents lived in the apartments in the 1980s and later moved into our childhood home in 1987. Given the familiarity and comfortability of the area, my now-husband and I inquired about the apartments, specifically the newer phase built in 2004 (AKA: Luella Crossings, now called Phase 3). We have lived here for a little over 2.5 years, and we have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We have a beautiful view of and easy access to Rubble Park, and we are next door to the highly-accredited Ivy Tech Community College. Samantha, Lauryn, Z, and Bailey in the office are amazing! Really love our years living at the apartments! My kids love all the events that they have and enjoy going by and saying hi to them in the office! The maintenance crew is also very helpful when it comes to things that need to be fixed or adjusted (little or big!). We cannot wait for warmer weather to enjoy the pool, and the basketball courts!!
