We were dealing with a bit of trouble trying to get our new property closing completed on time (it seems like everything takes a long time these days). They were very helpful, and they worked with us to get our closing scheduled (then re-scheduled), and all the paperwork completed.

Nice, cozy place to do our mortgage closing. Very friendly, they had everything ready it only took 20 minutes. Had answers to all of our questions. Very professional.

Was told to be there way too early. The buyers paperwork wasn't correct. Had to wait much longer then I should have to be finished. The worst thing is the door is locked you have to call and ask somebody to come let you in. They leave you standing well they hunt for the right person that has you for the appointment to come let you in. Not a very nice way of doing business
