Aames Title & Closing

We just moved to Clinton, IN, from CT, and officially changed addresses today as Hannah with the assistance of Connie, the Wright's agent, transferred ownership of our new home to us. We're blessed to be here with family now that my career no longer requires me there (retired) anyd appreciate what a positive and easy process they name it!!!

Aames Title and Closings always do a great job for us. Efficient, professional and easy to work with. When we have a choice of title companies for closings we always choose Aames.

Not a fan. At all. I have dealt with several other title companies and I have never hand the ridiculous problems I have had with them. I had to go to the courthouse twice to pay for documents they didn’t need. Then when we got to the closing table they forgot a really important document so we had to wait 4 more days to even close. They made the buyer jump through multiple unnecessary hoops…just all around, THE WORST TItle company I’ve ever dealt with.
