The office has been very good to us! However the maintenance not so much. We have now had deal with two issues our self and have only lived here for almost 4 months. The fridge went out over the weekend. They told us that they would order us a new fridge but it would take a few days to get one in. We called back to follow up on Monday and they sent a guy out. He was here for five minutes max he told us just unplug it for a couple days after we already lost our food. It started working for a while then stopped again and we lost our food for a second time. We called him again and he finally brought out a used refrigerator that was not in a clean condition that we had to clean ourselves to be useable. We also mentioned there was a drain in the basement that was clogging that he stated was not

The staff at main office is great. I have been having a issue with having hot water for almost a year now. I'm not the only one. Property manager says they are working on it. Been going on too long. Would love to take a hot shower,please.Feel like Kat n Ann take everything lightly at 325 so. 4th st rental apt. I just want hot water.

Staff are extremely hard working! The red headed matience man has helped me with any issues right away! 100% recommend renting from there
