People there is amazing. I'm not a native speaker but the support that I had there was incredible. They were patient and spent time explaining me in detail each statement and options that I have before choosing any plan.

Had a staff person insinuate I'm unemployed, and the branch manager Jacob made intimidating remarks and requested a number to contact my employer. Went to another loan company without issue same day. Will note that Amanda was more than happy to do her job until the branch manager stepped in

I've lived in Terre Haute all of my 39 years and I never knew this business was here. I have nothing but the best things to say about this company: The first and last impression the employees leave on us as customers is some of the best. Amanda had reached out to me awhile back - just checking in to see how everything was going because I became a customer of theirs back in 2023. Never once pressured me - just genuinely wanted to do a check in. A month goes by and life happens - adulting isn't the best - and I reached out to her in regards to grabbing another loan. She was very thorough and educated me along the way. Extremely very kind - when she truly has no idea what my family and I have been going through - what I have personally been going through. It's free to always be kind. I travel

They are always great. They work with me in any needs I have and go out of their way to get me the financial help I need.
