Do you like black mold? Then you'll love it here. I honestly used to love this place. Crystal seemed genuinely pleasant and willing to help, but ever since new owners took over the property, things have just gotten worse and worse. They seem to only care about the *appearance* of the place; power washing the outsides, putting in new lights, etc. Meanwhile, the tenants receive no attention whatsoever. A.C. units go out regularly and renters sit in the heat in the middle of summer. My neighbor reported a mold issue in their bathroom that was giving them headaches in March, and they were completely ignored until August. August! Maintenance is a joke for anything that's actually necessary. Communication? Awful. Recently, they've begun fining people hundreds of dollars for trash put in wrong lo

All I can say is...our new property manager Angie is amazing! She turned this place around the 1st 2 weeks of her employment here..as well as our great maintenance man. Thanks for making it better!

If you want to live in mold this is the place for you! We stayed sick the whole time we lived here. The old manager would gaslight you every time you needed something fixed. Paid for a washer and dryer for 2 years promised new ones because the ones in unit were so old the belts squeaked. Ceiling fan in my childs bedroom was not even properly secured in ceiling and if we had used it it could have harmed them. Charged me late fees because of their mistakes, kept over half my deposit by charging "rent fees" after I had been gone almost 4 months! Worst of all told me my rent was one thing and then it was different when I was signing the lease, after the first year the rent went up over $300 more! This complex is horrendous! I currently reside here and it is nothing but problems. Theres been about 6 different office personnel, 5 different maintenance people and have all been absolutely terrible other than the initial maintenance folks that were here upon move in (2/24). The current property manager Britney or Tonia i believe is her name is absolutely horrible! The definition of rude, unprofessional and defensive when called upon to do her duties as a property manager better. My friends mother has experienced countless issues with Willow Creek since she moved in April 2024 (multiple outages with her air conditioning, mold, failed promises made when the lease was signed to have screens placed in the windows). Today, 8/8/2025, a late rent notice was placed on her mother's door after management increased her rent WITHOUT notice. Please Note, her rent was increased in April 2025 and the monthly rent due has been coming out of her mother's account every month at the first of the month. My friend reached out to Brittany in the corporate office to address the issue. Reaching out to the local office is useless. My friend spends hours every month addressing issues with this complex. We are looking for something new.... Recommendations welcomed!!! Red Flag🚩Future renters
