LC Mount Juliet

We’ve lived at LC over a year now and we love it! Just signed an 18 month lease to stay on as long as we can. They’ve always been so friendly at the office and we love the community events they host. The GOAT is always a go-to for us to go see our favorite bartender, Alex, and it’s so nice and unique to have a perk like a walkable restaurant where you live. The walking trail down to Jonathan’s and the Publix are also nice to have! Our neighbors are so friendly and have helped us with lost packages and car issues, which is quite a switch from how our neighbors were at our last apartments. It’s also SO family friendly, with kids playing outside all the time. LC really is a warm, friendly, and safe community and we don’t plan on leaving until we are ready to buy a house!

Living at LC is like living at a resort especially in the summertime when you can just walk to the pool, and have food and drinks brought to you at the pool from the Goat, which is also a great place to eat, drink, and be merry. From there you can see the sand volleyball courts and the pool which is right next to the gym. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even have your trash picked up for you right outside your front door. It is walking distance to Providence Shopping Center as well as the movie theater and grocery stores right across the street. It's a pet friendly, super friendly neighborhood full of kids playing together and they also have tons of events for kids and adults including free classes and spa days at the gym, pool parties with a DJ, crafts and activities at the G

We were initially concerned about some of the negative reviews regarding maintenance fees, lack of turnaround prior to moving in. Many of the reviews that were poor were from years ago, and I don’t believe reflect the current status of the wonderful maintenance team that is there now. Not to mention, the staff in the leasing office has been incredible throughout any issues we’ve had outside of that. Many of the issues we’ve had have been addressed quickly, some even same day. We had issues with our washer and dryer on and off for a few weeks and were given access to a nearby unit to continue our laundry while parts were on order. Eventually, they ended up replacing our washer and dryer with a brand new unit! There were no extra fees or anything for these repairs. Unsure why other people a

Living at LC Mount Juliet has been such an incredible experience that I genuinely can’t imagine living anywhere else. The maintenance team is truly exceptional—while I was away, they went the extra mile and even made sure my cat’s water bowl was filled. That level of care is rare and speaks volumes about how much they value their residents. Any maintenance request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly, professionally, and with kindness. Beyond that, the community itself is amazing. The property is always clean, peaceful, and well cared for, and the staff makes everyone feel welcome from day one. LC Mount Juliet sets the standard for what an apartment community should feel like. The staff consistently leads with kindness, accountability, and follow-through. The maintenance team is friendly and always willing to help, even beyond the basics.
