Meridian at Providence

We LOVE this place! Rob, Jamey Lynn, and the maintenance guys are the absolute best. Having stayed in a few different apt complexes before here, this place is unlike anywhere else we’ve ever lived. They treat their residents like family and really truly care. We love the amenities and the layouts of the floor plans. Very family/ kid friendly!

My wife and I stayed here for a year after we moved from ND but before we bought our house. We have never before stayed in an apartment so we were skeptical! Boy were we wrong! From start to finish Jamey Lynn and her team were amazing. I love to ask questions and she answered them all and quick! We moved in right as planned! If anything broke in that year, the maintenance team would be at the door the next day, which is rare for most apartment complexes. The neighbors kept to themselves which was nice, the place is very well kept and it's so nice there is a dog park. Being close to Target and Providence created some noise, but it's what you would expect. I love to walk and I would walk many times during the day around the gated complex. Admittedly we should have posted this review long before now, because excellence at this level deserves immediate recognition!!! We cannot begin to say enough about how happy we have been with this gorgeous community and it's amazing team! Rob & his staff are top notch! We have been renting since construction completed in 2017. The amenities are premier, the kitchens are gorgeous, the units are modern and spacious, and the management team is some of the most caring and helpful people in the business. Hands down, if you are looking for a property that truly feels like home and a staff that treats you like family, then you will absolutely love it here!!

I love living at Meridian at Providence! It is a beautiful property that is always maintained and well taken care of. I love my apartment. But the biggest value of all is the staff. Rob and Jamey are a joy to work with and make you feel like family. They are super supportive and available to all their residents. Michael & the maintenance team are fantastic. Living at Meridian feels safe, homey, and peaceful. I’m so grateful to live there.

We've had a wonderful experience at Meridian at Providence. The location is fantastic and the units are incredible. The entire property grounds and amenities are kept in pristine condition. The staff is really what makes this place the best. They are always friendly, responsive, and willing to help. Rob, Jamey and the entire crew are amazing. Highly recommend.
