I live in an Eastland and have sold several over the last few years. Hands-down, one of the best builders--if not THE best--in the area when it comes to quality, service, and warranty. Ignore these one-star reviews and go see them any weekend they have an open house (just about every weekend). Ask other Eastland homeowners. They will all tell you the same thing: buy an Eastland!

We purchased an Eastland home last May of 2022. We were happily content with our home in Mt Juliet behind Mt Juliet High school. Once we took a peak at Eastlands open houses on Easter weekend we fell IN LOVE! Has us questioning if we were in our “forever home”.
