What great service! Jason made me feel at ease with my home purchase, went over routine maintenance required for home owners, allowed me to walk side by side and ask the most foundational questions, that it was absolutely worth every penny to have him provide my home inspection. Jason went above and beyond. As a first time homebuyer, the last thing I want is to feel overwhelmed and ripped off and Jason was legit the big brother I wish I had to go through this process with me and make me feel confident about my purchase. Hire him for your home inspection! It will be worth your time and money and the best thing you do. 11/10 would hire him again.

We weren’t sure what to expect with the purchase of our first home. Jason Daley was super thorough and paid attention to every detail. He was easy to communicate with and sent us an expansive inspection report with 24 hours. We were able to have the sellers fix the issues and felt much more confident about our purchase.

I've been in the HVAC business for 20 years and have encountered numerous home inspectors. By far, Jason Daley is the most professional and qualified that I've met. He is very knowledgeable, provides detailed reports and explains them to his clients in a professional manner. It's refreshing to see a business that offers quality service at a competitive price as opposed to those "home inspectors" who either produce a laundry list of irrelevant items to seem thorough OR don't appear to get out of their vehicle to complete a home inspection.
