Willow Creek Apartments

Great walking trails and grounds for nature fans. Pretty quiet overall outside a few noisy people with little regard to others. Otherwise a quiet community which is great for those wanting a quieter more peaceful living area. Nature trails and paths are not too crowded which is a great plus. Well kept grounds and great place to do nature discovery for those interested in biodiversity. Great central location for portage and Kalamazoo. Apartment appliances are outdated. Good size patio’s compared to most places you’ll find. Downsides are the laundry facilities. App never works or loads to even get into the app. Highly suggest changing the vendor or using a different app that will work. It won’t load majority of time meaning you’ll have to get quarters or go to a laundry mat and the customer

A fine and peaceful place this is! I appreciate the proximity to everything I need in Kalamazoo. I appreciate the prompt maintenance service when needed. What a great place to walk or ride your bike, even in winter!

At risk of sounding like a broken record, I will be short and sweet. I request Lewis to come I need help from my dishwasher to my furnace. He is very friendly, polite, and quick. He is a veteran and I suppose I trust him when I can’t be here. His work ethic is evident due to morality of a higher standard I will never understand but respect nonetheless. He always smiles. He doesn’t make me feel stupid for always doing the same clogging of my sink. (He should) where have all the cowboys gone? The army apparently! Then Willow Creek!! Thank you very much for taking good care of my home!

I've lived here for years now, and while many complaints could be shared, my main one is this – a safety and security issue has been ignored for more than 6 months now and I am being forced to take legal action because the leasing office will not take action themselves. Edit: I have continuously updated the leasing office with this issue, and the issue has persisted. They have absolutely no measures in place to keep their community members safe when a continued threat is taking place.

I looked at more than 12 different apartments throughout Kalamazoo and Portage, and chose Willow Creek. I’ve been here for more than four months now and am very happy with that choice. The apartments are updated, well maintained, much more spacious than newer apartments (my one bedroom has a large walk-in closet!), and most importantly, I feel safe here. I’ve only had one small maintenance request, and they were very responsive. Plus, it’s just a very peaceful place to come home to everyday!
