If I could give negative stars I would. I found Kalamazoo Mortgage and staff difficult to work with and rude. Bree was an arrogant bully. I had to allow them access to my payroll account, which was a breech of HIPPA, and could have cost me the very job they were trying to verify. I have spoken with someone who used my credit union for their mortgage and they breezed through the process-with no difficult employment verification. I was sent numerous automated emails asking for the same material over and over again when they already had the information in question. They asked for things not in existence and did not use correct language to obtain the correct information. And NOW I learn that they have sold my mortgage to another company. I am beyond not pleased with Success Mortgage!

Beware! Kalamazoo mortgage will tell you what you want to hear so that you obtain a mortgage with them...and once you get the mortgage with them, they sell it (within the first month) to an out of state company and ghost you. When I was looking for a mortgage company, it was important to me to find someone local to Kalamazoo. They claimed they were local to Kalamazoo and that I would always be able to meet with someone face to face in their Kalamazoo offices for the life of my mortgage. They made pre-mortgage promises/guarantees (which I have in writing) that I would be able to easily/immediately eliminate PMI, escrow accounts, and recast/refinance if I were to obtain my mortgage through them.
