AMY HIRES SUPER HERO! Dustin gave our community world-class service, but he left to accomplish bigger and better things. He was spotted at the local miniature golf course, although witnesses say Dustin wasn't holding a clipboard so they figured he wasn't the manager. Well, Dustin, wherever you are: Amy, our fearless property manager, hired your replacement. He's a Super Hero. A quiet, respectful man. he doesn't talk much, but every icy snowy morning when I go outside, the walkway leading to and from the building 's front door has been completely cleared of ice. Actions speak louder than words, and I appreciate this Super Hero loud and clear, That's the kind of community that Ravine is. I don't want to live anywhere else.

Amy and staff are great and I know that she will do everything she can to get Princeton Management to refund the $150 it took from me via its archaic payment app Come on, Princeton! You have a wonderful property manager here. Act upon principle and refund what was taken from me by software that was designed by Moe, Larry and Curly. Do the right thing. I AM NOT GOING TO DROP THIS ISSUE.

I love this place. It's quiet, just across the street from the trail, my neighbors are the greatest, and Amy is the Jedi Property Manager. Dustin is Mr. Everywhere. He can fix anything, and does it with a smile. I signed my 2nd year lease a couple of months in advance so I could keep my extraordinarily affordable rent. Most important, my boss (Gina the cat) loves it here. BRAVO!

My two years at Ravine were the best years I had in Kalamazoo in reference to housing. After three different management companies all doing poor jobs with their properties and tenants, I moved to Ravine and the problems ended. Anytime there was an issue with the apartment, maintenance was there within 24 hours. Randi is the best landlord I've ever had hands down - you can tell that she cares about her job and her tenants. I couldn't rant and rave enough! If you're considering living here, quit looking and give them a call!

Randi, the office manager, is amazing. She is friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond. Over the years we lived there improvements were made on the property (new cement walkways, new pool). They have a dog park which is great and a kids park. The units are large and could use updates. Maintenance is quick and efficient.
