William Penn Apartment Homes

I’ve lived at William Penn apartments for over 5 years now. It’s a great place to live, dog friendly, and the amenities include a gym, dog park, and a really nice pool. The complex feels safe which is important to me because I have children. Management is awesome…. Especially assistant manager Courtney. If you have a maintenance issue it’s addressed immediately. The apartment is close to a shopping center and near 3 really good schools. I would highly suggest if interested get you a unit with a washer & dryer. I’ve enjoyed staying here. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

Hi i would like to shout Nicole Lindsay for making my experience so great. She showed me so much love and she made me feel like I had nothing to worry about and every question I had she answered. She gave me the up most attention the entire time of my tour and application process. She deserves a raise and she has my standing ovation.

Nicole was very informative...knowledgeable of the property & I was very impressed of the tour. My previous tours just gave me a packet watched a video & that was it. Nicole went above & beyond & greatly appreciated the tour. Still looking for other locations but this is #1 on my list. Thank you Nicole!!!
