The Garrison Apartments

I lived at the garrison, overall very affordable for what you get. Ray the maintenance guy is amazing. Super cool, super helpful. Michael(manager) is a gentleman, kind, and helpful. Although, it is impossible to get in touch with him, I have chains of emails that I would wait days on end with no response. Even for my early termination it took 10 days and 2 follow up emails before he got in touch with me although it was a very detailed and helpful response laying out everything easily, the delay is brutal when it comes to your tenancy that you are paying for.

Apartments inside looked great was easy to set up a visit and thats were the experience stopped paid the application fee, waited a week and never heard back from anyone except their AI help desk “Kim”. I called and emailed several times to not a single answer. I went by there again no manager was in the building. Eventually went to another apartment and got everything done in 5 days. Don’t even bother with the complex.

I’ve enjoyed my time at the Garrison. The property manager was Top Tier! If I ever had any complaints or issues he’d respond right away. I noticed how tirelessly he works on the property. He was always out and about assisting people’s concerns. He made my stay there wonderful. I’d move back without hesitation! Thank you Mr. Osborn. Keep servicing the people and property the way that you do. 💯💯💯💯

This is my second review fast forwarding to 2025. This place is a nightmare. The amount of dog poop in the middle court is disgusting, there is not graffiti in the stairwells because the doors are constantly left open. There was a fight with 20+ people two weeks ago in my building hallway at 3am. Last week those same people had another physical altercation this time one of them purposely sprayed pepper spray all throughout the hallway. Oh and let’s not forget the woman who came home with her child and caught someone engaging in sexual activity on the elevator!!! I have had to call the police 3 times in the last 2 months. This is a nice and secure apartment complex. Everything is high tech, security is tight. Local police constantly monitor this residence and area. For their residents they have a wonderful clubhouse room with activities or just kick back and socialize. If you want to workout they have a large exercise room with various equipment. If you have a family pet there is a nice pet spa on their grounds. This apartment complex really wowed me what their fabulous Rooftop lounge! You can barbecue, or on a chilly night you can gather around their fire pit area with your family or fellow residences. They also have a huge screen TV up there, just a bit of something for everyone.
