Fusco Management

Fusco is more of a construction company than a property management company I reside behind Astro Shopping Center in Meadowood. The alley to this shopping center is at the back of my yard. A retainment wall made of railroad ties is the only retainment of the soil, the railroad ties have rotted over the years and the soil from our yard has drained away with the rain causing sink holes in our yard. The Fusco wood fence over 40 years old is dry rotted and slats have blown off our small dogs have escaped underneath this fence. We have made numerous calls to Fusco about the fence and soil erosion.We have added slats and reinforced the Fusco fence with 2X4’s We put down soil then added stone to help losing more soil at the fence line to no avail. When are the lights going to be fixed in College Square Shopping Center? It is not safe to come out of Acme into a DARK parking lot. If you go to the opposite end of the shopping center, the lights work. Where is security? I never see them patrolling the shopping center anymore. Very disappointed.

Being a New Jersey Resident I don't get to shop out of state a lot. But the few shopping centers that I have been in especially Pencader Plaza, it has always been a great experience and especially clean.

I often shop at Pencader Plaza, The parking area is always well maintained and it doesn't have a lot of trash all over like a lot of shopping centers.

We have been very happy here! All contact with management has been extremely positive.
