Wildwood Apartments

Made an appointment online to look at an apartment, came on time, was told there was none to look at and that the woman I booked with was a liar. The maintenance told me I make too much even though the rent is higher than what I pay now. They really don't expect you to pay for bills, clothes or car insurance if you stay here. The maintenance guy was very harsh. And due to reviews, I wouldn't trust him.

I am writing to raise serious concerns about the condition and safety of the property where my mother used to live. The washroom facilities have been vandalized and rendered unusable. There have been individuals loitering, sleeping, and congregating in the washroom, creating a threatening and unsafe environment. Disturbingly, there was an incident where a gun was discharged through the floor, narrowly missing someone. This level of danger is completely unacceptable, and it highlights a severe lapse in security and maintenance. Additionally, the property lacks basic amenities and does not provide a safe or livable environment for residents. Immediate action needs to be taken to address these issues and ensure the safety and well-being of anyone currently living there.

This place has very poor management they are rude the maintenance people are always different a they steal from you! I was there for 13 years and the past 3 years was hell! I was on chemo and pregnant same time so sick and Reene from the regional office gave me a call about some issues Renee wanted to discuss! Renee was so rude to me over the phone.Situation had nothing to do with me at all and Renee wouldn’t even let me get two words in Renee actually was very snotty and ended up hanging up the phone on me something I definitely didn’t need that at the y Hbv I’m time. My mother in law says that the maintenance men will come in while she's with out notice is at work her dirty clothing ben been messed with and eating her food. Than the maintenance will boast about it. Everyone who has children as well be careful there. If they are messing with dirty laundry imagin if they doing that to your place with kids.

Maintenance is very under qualified ! NO knowledge of how to fix anything ! It takes mnths for a work order to be taking care of ! A flood is supposed to be an emergency and they're supposed to be able to enter if you're not home but 3 days after that you have the flood then they want to come in when you're not here ! Obviously it's not an emergency ! I like my apartment and my neighbors are okay but nothing gets done here !
