The Landings Apartments

Steve came out the last couple times I can say he’s a well qualified guy he knows exactly what he’s doing. He knows exactly what to bring to attack The problem, explains the problem and An address is it with job completion in a timely manner. Also, he’s very respectful towards my living space over all just a well put together guy excellent service

I would like to extend a warm thank you to Steve the maintenance service member for his prompt and professional expertise in the work he has done for me and my new residence! He's definitely made my stay a wonderful experience and glad that he's readily available for his wonderful service! I am appreciative for this and satisfied!

Writing this review, I’m not sure where to begin. If you’re looking somewhere to enjoy your stay, then The landings Apartments is the right place to be. I lived here for seven years. My daughter grew up here and we celebrated every birthday since she was born. After seven years, I thought I was ready for a bigger space, and decided to leave and move to a bigger house. Less than a year later, I became unhappy in the other house and decided to come back to the Landings Apartment. It never even crossed my mind to look at any other places because this is the place me and my daughter called home and felt the most comfortable in for so long and felt like we belonged to. I reached out to Aron the assistant property manager, and also spoke to Tom the property manager who I call ( the boss :) ). I

This has been one of the most difficult apartment experiences I have had. There is a constant strong marijuana smell in the building and ongoing loud noise from neighbors. I have a 9-month-old baby with a heart condition, and this environment is unsafe for my family. I have contacted management multiple times, even using the emergency number, but most of the time there is no response, or it takes hours to hear back. I even asked to terminate my lease early due to these issues, but my request was refused. If these problems continue without proper action, I may have to seek legal remedies to protect my family and ensure a safe living environment. Management must take these concerns seriously.

Quite honestly I was surprised that the service wasn't just letting me in type of request. This is my third call about my lock acting up. And the gentleman that showed up replaced the whole system and I was very satisfied. And answered a lot of questions due to possibly weather-related issues that might affect it. Even offered him some refreshments and refused because he had six more jobs after my call which meant to say that he really was focused and I appreciated it. thank you so much.
