Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Machines often broken . Once it threw all my money in thr parking lot. Im disabled. My wife had to run after it. Lucky there was a nice person there to help.

I hate the service here The ATM didn’t give me my cash around a 600$ dollars and it take it off of my bank it was at 7:30 I needed someone help me I saw a woman working here I try to asked her what should I do she even didn’t let me talk she said in rude way we are going to open at8 o’clock I don’t speak English very well I was just need someone tell me what to do till now my money never came back and I went to the bank when it opened they said you have to call the bank I’m literally at they bank the didn’t try even to help me you know how many hours I worked to make this 600 dollars and I’ll keep trying to get my money back to me I don’t know if I’m going to stay with this bank anymore I’m trying to get my money back.

Sign on door says open until 5:00. It is a little past 4:00 on Monday and they are closed. I have been a Bank of America customer for decades. This is close to the last straw. Online is great but brick and mortar customer service is severely lacking. It is 4:32 and I am watching employees walking to their cars and drive away.

Everybody there is very nice they don't try and hurry you everyone takes there time and deals with you sometimes crowded but specially on pension day but all in all a good feel safe Bank

Horrible experience after 9 years banking here , all because this woman wanted to make my day go even worse, all because I’m just trying to give my daughter a decent birthday weekend, I’m a police officer and I typically don’t have a lot of time, so I tried m best and I guess this woman wanted to be petty.
