The Pointe at Cherry Hill

Well well well this place is top notch nasty and filthy. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent from here. This was our unit 204-4. Make it more unsafe that the front door was wide open for homeless people to come right on in as they please. I wish I could rate this complex zero. I broke my lease due to health and safety concerns for myself and my family. They need to be updating things before people rent from them. But y’all can keep running this complex the way you guys want. Think twice before u decide to apply here and put deposit down.

I have been a resident for around 4 months. The management is great and they have shown they care about the needs of their residents. Maintenance is always done on time. The apartment location is good and the sound proofing is great which matters to me a lot as I am a light sleeper. I have two complaints: 1. the apartment entrance through cherry hill road is easy to miss at night and I wish the management to have more clear signage. 2. There is package delivery room so I have had my packages stolen

Jessica in the office is awesome! The new management seems to be very involved and focused on resident satisfaction and care! Love having a storage in unit in building. They always respond to maintenance requests quickly and emergencies the same day! My AC went out and I had a new one the same day.

I’m a current resident, it’s been a horrible winter, the maintenance team doesn’t care about other losing heat. Keeps lying about meter working when clearly it isn’t. Management is no help at all.

I’ve been here for four years, rent continually increases but maintenance and office team have horrible communication and people skills. It’s 90 degrees outside and my AC is set to 60 and it’s 85 in my apartment this has been a complaint of mine since I moved in, if the AC unit isn’t able to keep up with the heat maybe they should look into replacing the AC units. When maintenance came in said it was blowing cold and I needed to keep the blinds closed and the fans on to circulate - did that doesn’t work!!! It’s not my fault the AC is shit but my family and I are the ones that suffer. Also don’t call if u have an emergency bc no one will come. I’ve had to call twice once my electrical unit was sparking, the it was 90 in my apt, 100 outside and my AC was at 60 - they didn’t come out for eith
