The management team is very professional, friendly, and most of all extremely helpful whenever assistance is needed. They are responsive and make residents feel valued. The maintenance team is also excellent. When my closet rack fell down, they responded quickly and repaired it right away. Their prompt response made the process stress-free. The overall upkeep of the property is very good. The hallways are always clean and well maintained, and I have not experienced any issues with rodents. It’s clear that management takes pride in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents. Overall, I appreciate the professionalism and care shown by the staff and would recommend this community to others looking for a well-managed place to live.

This apartment is utterly terrifying beware of roach infestation I move in my apartment September 10th of 2024 - 25 and the first few months of moving in we realize it’s infested with German roaches 🤦🏽‍♀️ our first apartment experience a complete nightmare. What sucked so bad is the apartment was beautiful from the outside the landscaping the flowers and greenery, just gorgeous. We complained about the issue several times in the beginning of our lease but it just seems it was way out of their abilities to control. I believe The place should be condemned. Nothing worked, pest control would come and spray and Bait but to no avail the office would tell me gaslighting things like “we don’t have a pest problem” “ this is a pest free environment” “you have a upkeep problem” after months of treat

Absolutely fantastic experience living in this apartment! The cleanliness and upkeep are impeccable, demonstrating a high standard of maintenance. I was particularly impressed with the quick response time from the maintenance team; I submitted a request, and within just one hour, my issue was resolved. Their efficiency and attention to detail truly stand out. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained living space! Five stars all the way!

After living here for 2 years, I would give this complex more then 5 stars if I could. I only moved out because I bought a house which was my dream for years. The people who work here are extremely kind, friendly, and willing to help you. Although the apartment are a bit dated, it does not take much for you to decorate it to make it your own. They are extremely pet friendly and welcome service and emotional support animals. They are not breed restrictive. I have two large pit bulls and they let me bring my leashed pups into the office. They just built a small dog park which is amazing for active dogs to run around and play. I love my apartment it's very spacious and comfortable. I have very nice neighbors, and the staff is very professional and always ready to help. It's a safe and friendly neighborhood with pool access. 1 covered parking space for each apartment. The things I wish is that they would update the kitchen appliances in the units. Problems I face while subleasing the apartment the process was bit complicated. Maintenance services are delayed. It take 4-5 days to look into it. I received my full security deposit money back after lease.
